After a career in the US Army as a human resource and communication specialist, I moved to the private sector. Since 2006, I worked nationally and internationally for import/export with US business, establishing relationships with China, Italy, and Mexico. My current work pursues scientific automation and optimization of goods distribution globally to improve quality, safety and cost-effectiveness. As a woman and a war veteran, I am actively committed into diversity engagement, and I strive to foster careers of protected categories through my company, NAIM, and my business network.
Grace is NAIM's chief operating officer. She has an MPA degree and 8 years experience in business administration. Grace oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of NAIM.
